Writing Your Story

We all have a story to tell. Our life is our legacy. Start writing yours.

Writing Your Story:  March 17 - May  19

Sorry, registration is full for this session.
Everyone, each and everyone of us, has a story. How do you begin to tell yours? How do you sort through a lifetime of memories, lessons learned and relationships and weave them together in a story that informs and inspires?
Writing Your Story is a 10-week class designed to help you organize your life experiences and use them to create a written legacy that reflects your unique perspective. Using the Guided Autobiography (GAB) method, developed by Dr, James Birren, you'll learn to capture and craft your life's story, two pages at a time, by focusing on themes such as health, money, family and spiritual identity. Each week you'll share your work with other members of the class in order to reveal and refine your story.
Because this program is highly iterative and hands on, class size is limited to five people.
